Systemic deconstruction. We audited the board, reclaimed the administrator interface, simplified the broker channel and executed a modernising visual identity refresh.

RESULTS

The strategic realignment served as a catalyst for a decade of success. Bonitas quadrupled its reserves to R9.0 Billion, added 120,000 beneficiaries, and achieved the #1 Medical Aid position for service.
